Together, Rick and Anne Marie lead the discipleship experience through Bible studies, daily devotionals, worship sessions, encouragement, and faith-based accountability.

CoFounder + Trainer leading strength coaching, mobility, conditioning, form support, and fitness accountability.
CoFounder co-leading discipleship, Bible studies, devotionals, worship sessions, encouragement, and spiritual accountability.
The 8-week faith and fitness discipleship program is included free with 2 or more scheduled training sessions per week, with the purchase of 16+ training sessions.
Important: Training twice per week is a strong foundation, but the best results come from consistency outside scheduled sessions too. We recommend 3–4 total training days per week when appropriate, healthy eating habits, daily movement, and a step goal matched to your current health and fitness ability.
